My stuff is going great. The old man's still a mess.

But if things keep going, I'll get us somewhere better to live soon.

Good, I could use a bigger place, I keep stepping on Hartley every morning.

I'd like Teddy to live somewhere nice and safe.

Less crime, less stairs, maybe two rooms? Nearest to the park or at least not further. Working heating is nice too.

I think I can swing around a thousand a month right now, reliably. I do better some months, but between Lisa and you two, I wanna play it safe.

Once I have a job, I can swing the same but I gotta have other things, you know. I looked into it. I gotta have references and I gotta have a credit score as proof I ain't a fuck up with money.
